One address, read by the people who build ParkCue. There is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.
Write to us
If something is wrong while you are in the park, say so in the subject line, and say where you are and what the plan told you to do. Park-day problems are read first, because they have an expiry date.
It helps to tell us which resort and which day of your trip, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Your pass
Passes are sold inside the app, and Apple takes the payment. A refund for a pass bought in the app is Apple’s to give, under Apple’s policy, because Apple holds the money. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Settings, sign in, and tap Restore purchase. The pass comes back from Apple’s record of the purchase, not from anything you need to keep.
Your account and your data
Settings holds a Delete account row. It deletes your account, your trips, your starred rides and the change requests you wrote, removes your sign-in, and signs you out. If you only ever used the web workspace, write to us and we delete the account for you.
For a copy of what we hold, write to us as well. The privacy policy says what that is and why we hold it.
What ParkCue cannot do
ParkCue is an independent product and is not affiliated with Disney or Universal. We cannot book, move or refund your park tickets, dining reservations or ride reservations, and we cannot see your account with them.
Wait times and park hours come from public data: ThemeParks.wiki, with Queue-Times behind it. If a park publishes something wrong, ParkCue repeats it, and we would like to hear when it does.
Who we are
ParkCue is made by MK Studios Group LLC, a limited liability company organised in the State of Wyoming. Our postal address is 12531 Barkley St, Leawood, KS 66209, USA.
